Rutledge and Associates, LLC insures the full array of motorcycles from street cycle, Harley Davidson, cruiser and touring bikes, to ATVs and dirt bikes. Tennessee statutes require a minimum liability insurance coverage of $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident, and property damage coverage of $15,000.

While minimum coverage is all that is required to get you on the road, minimum liability coverage will not cover your medical bills or your bike in the event of an accident. Biker's face a larger risk while on the road, as bikes do not have the safety features of a car, such as airbags. Minimum liability coverage will not cover damage done to your bike or person should you hit a patch of gravel. We encourage larger and more expansive policies for motorcyclists to ensure their financial safety in the event of an accident. Your motorcycle insurance policy can cover more than just your bike, it can also cover medical payments, uninsured and under insured motorist insurance. Policies can cover custom parts and equipment and offer road side assistance.
